Ans1. On the first day of the job first we have to come before the time like 30 min before the time of the job so you are ready and be on time on your first day and create a good impression among your seniors and collegues. Be polite with the seniors and fellow mates greet them properply. Introduce yourself to all the collegues and try to create a good impression. Observe every thing carefully and try to grab all the opportunity which comes to you and learn everything carefully. Try to establish yourself as a great contendor and be in the lime light and always behave respectfully with everyone and create good relations.

Ans2. For planning a career following steps should be followed:-

    Step1 Get to know yourself
Identify your vision, values, interests, skills, traits and abilities. It will help you decide what you want from your next career move.

    Step2. Explore your occupational options
Explore your options and gather information about them. What choices do you have? What does each one involve? Are there other options you haven’t thought about?

Step3. Get ready by evaluating your career options
Evaluate your career options. Decide which ones are best for you at this stage of your life. Look at the pros and cons of each option. Consider the challenges you may face and how you can handle them.

Step4. Take action to achieve your career goals
Develop a plan to make your options a reality. Identify the short-term and long-term steps that you need to take. Create deadlines for the completion of each step. Identify things you can do to stay motivated. Then take the steps you've identified.

Question 1. Things i will do on the first day of my job are as follows:-

    (1) Smiling while communicating - First impressions matter so smiling when meeting with new people, and shake their hands will be way of confident communication.

    (2) Introducing myself to everyone, and making it clear how happy and eager you are to be here.

    (3) Reviewing onboarding and orientation materials carefully
on my first day of work, most people need to review employment contracts and take care of paperwork such as tax forms.

    (4) Talk to as many people as possible. One of the most invaluable insights you can get in the beginning is how the department operates from the perspective of your peers. If you establish that you’re friendly and approachable early on, you will start on the right foot in establishing trust.

    (5) Project high energy. You will be observed more in your early days from an external standpoint, Taylor says. Your attitude and work ethic are most visible now, as no one has had a chance to evaluate your work skills just yet. Everyone wants to work with enthusiastic, upbeat people so let them know that this is exactly what they can expect.

    (6) Leave with a good attitude - The last thing to remember is that while the first day at a new job is very important, you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself if it doesn’t go flawlessly.

Question 2. Im planning my career by following these steps:-

    (1) Keep an up-to-date resume - One of the most important steps in planning for the future of your career is to be ready to pounce when opportunities present themselves. Regardless of your industry or career level, learning how to write a resume and keeping it up to date is a terrific annual exercise.

    (2) Keep a record of your achievements - This is not only useful for building your resume, it's also useful for career planning. Learning to track and write about your professional accomplishments will serve you well when working toward your next career goal.

    (3) Set career goals - While you can be successful in your career without setting goals, you can be even more successful with goal setting. What are your short-term (within a year) and long-term (within five to 10 years) career goals.

    (4) Make career planning a regular event - Finding a day or weekend at least once a year and schedule time to truly focus on what you want out of your career. For me, the best time to do this is at the end of December, as we're approaching the new year.

    (5) Create an action plan - Now that you have finalized your career goal, create an action plan to achieve them. By now you should be clear about where you are and where you want to be. A career plan should be time-bound and practical to achieve.

    Observations:
By reading and listening to the voice notes what i can understand about the same is that it is very important to identify what you are good at. Knowing how your skills, talents, values, and interests translate into possible jobs or careers. Matching your career goals to your financial needs. Matching your career goals to your educational needs. Career planning is a lifelong process. So keep reviewing your plan and update it as per the changing market. Following the 10 rules of success may seem like a lot of work but career planning is worth it. It will boost your confidence and help you understand yourself better. So go ahead and start planning your career.
